Below is some information about my practice that may be helpful for you to consider.

Therapy sessions

The sessions can be via video (Zoom), telephone and/or face to face. You will need access to Zoom facilities on your computer, tablet or mobile device which is free to download and set up a user name.

Payment of Fees

Sessions usually last 50 minutes. Please remember to switch off your mobile phone.

The fees are payable when booking the therapy session. Payment is accepted by means of cash, bank transfer or PayPal.

The fees for the therapy sessions are as follows:

- Initial Assessment £180 per session (2h)
Following the initial assessment, the fees are as follows:

- Face to Face sessions:

 Pay as You Go £130 per session (50 min to 90 min)

 Block booking of minimum 8 sessions £110 per session with a total of £880 payable at the time of booking

- Online sessions:

 Pay as You Go £120 per session (50 min to 90 min)

​ Block booking of minimum 8 sessions £100 per session with a total of £800 payable at the time of booking

Late or Missed sessions

The session are organised for an agreed date and time. If you are late attending the session I will stay online, or I will wait for you in the office for 15 minutes to allow for any eventualities. If you do not make contact within this time then the session will be considered missed and will be cancelled. You will be charged for this. If you are late attending your session, we will still end on the original time for the session.

Cancellation Policy:

In order to ensure we are able to offer clients appointments and to meet the demand for the service, we run a 24 hour cancellation policy. If you cannot make your appointment, please contact us on 0753 450 9083 as soon as possible.

A full charge will be taken for appointments cancelled with less than 48 hour’s notice.
