Coaching is a special relationship between a coach and a client. It requires high levels of trust, commitment, understanding, communication skills and problem-solving abilities. Life coaching is an ongoing process helping people to develop and enhance a solution-oriented mindset, helping clients to identify and achieve personal goals.
What happens during a Life Coaching session:
