I am all alone, it is overwhelming, I’m angry and I want to shout out my pain, then to cry and crumble. Maybe would be better if I would disappear, and that would make my pain go away. But what if I can be with friends, family or just having lots of money, going shopping and having fun!?It might feel like there is no escape from this feeling

There are techniques that if followed you can start making little steps, and in time can be bigger steps until you’ll wake up one day and realise that you are actually competing in marathons! Imagine how would it be to feel that excitement, that power and confidence! Yes, there is a lot of hard work for you to do, but with support, patience and determination you’ll get where you want to be. I believe in YOU!
We all need guidance, support, love and appreciation. Everywhere is promoted that thing that says “happiness starts within you”. But how?! Is it all a lie?! Because it feels like it’s not true, it is not possible or maybe not that easy.
I wished I have the recipe for each emotional struggle. Maybe that’s the beauty of life: to discover ourselves, bit by bit and then we’ll grow and turn into diamonds. I believe in YOU! Sometimes we grow in an environment that is damaging, and circumstances aren’t keeping us safe, or we don’t have the appropriate resources to flourish. Get the courage to ask for help, and do it until you’re learning new ways to feel balanced. You might have some emotional needs that are not satisfied. Just yet! Do you know which ones are they?
