Often I hear people debating if self-love equals being selfish. If we look at "self-love", it can be healthy or unhealthy. Healthy is when there is a balance, when we are assertive but peaceful, when we know what is harmful to us and we are capable to say "no".

#Selflove is when we listen to our self-talk, and that would be better to be a positive one or at least a healthy realistic one.

#Selflove is when we appreciate that the route we're on is hard, but we know that the results would be so beneficial to us.

#Selflove is taking risks but measured risks, on our way to be a happy individual.

#Selflove is eating and sleeping balanced amounts- without recharging ourselfves we cannot function properly.

#Self-love is being kind to others, and selecting to spend time with people that are kind and supportive.
